Hey Now
Early ’80s born to a French mother and an Israeli father.
One of my earliest memories is spending our summer holidays in South France. We would wake up, eat a croissant and my grandmother would drive us to Cannes beach in her tiny black ‘79 VW Polo (massage beads on seats included).
My cousin, Sarah and I would swim & dive until our muscles would burn. She did not speak a word of Hebrew or English so thanks to her I was speaking fluent French by the age of 6.
I remember sitting on the beach in Cannes, the sun in my eyes & the salt on my face, eating a baguette and enjoying the simple life. I studied music in high school, playing guitar, bass and the Didjeridoo. My youth was shaped around 90’s grunge & early 2000’s post-rock. I was definitely not born with a camera in my hands but at some point, during high school, I got this point and shoot film camera that cost very little, yet gave me plenty. And so, I started documenting my life and my friends.
For the past 20 years, photography has been my visual language & my purpose. I have a gift, and today, I get to share this gift with my clients, friends and family.
